was the most wonderful delicious cake I have ever eaten, even better than
my mother's chocolate ice-cream roll cake!!!
Your cake looks lovely and well formed; it is moist and almost melts in my
mouth. The chocolate flavor is rich and the bourbon tingles my mouth. Your

Comment: Aunt Pattie, I purchased the Jalapeno Jelly and it was great. It is good on toast, crackers with crm cheese,& great on Ham & Cheese sandwich. I love the little kick you get. I'm not a lover of real spicy food, but this is great. Thanks Jimmy for giving me a taste. Thanks again,

Aunt Patti's Delectable Dishes
Aunt Patti's has made several food items that I have eaten:
Cheese Cake - Patti makes absolutely delicious cheese cake that is as good
as or better than any other that I have eaten. Even the cheese cake served
at "The Great Carouso's" Dinner Theater in Houston wasn't as good as
Patti's. ("The Great Carouso's" burned in December of 2007. A great loss!)
Jalapeno Jelly - Patti's Jalapeno Jelly has a unique taste and goes Very
Well with cream cheese on specialty crackers.
Cakes - Patti has made sheet cakes, including the "Birthday Cake" for WKP
Senior's third birthday. Delicious!
(This isn't on her cakes menu, but Patti makes the best cabbage rolls I have
ever eaten.)
Try her baked goods. You won't be disappointed!

Comment: I’m very fortunate to live close to Ant Pattie and have tasted many of her Delectable Dishes. My favorites are her Cheesecakes, Bread & Butter Pickles, Jalapeno Jelly, Pies, Cakes, and Cookies. Of course the sweet stuff. Her home cooked dinners are fantastic and not like you find in restaurants. If you get a chance you must try something. Jimmy (her husband) thinks I come by to see him, but its really to get some of Patti's great goodies. The cheesecake w/ fresh strawberries are greaaaaat!
